Part 2:Today we had them do some aggression drills. Talking about always being ready having to go from 0 to 100 then from 100 back to zero in milliseconds. First we did a gauntlet were multiple people were attacking you and you had to get out. Next, we did situational awareness where you’re walking around making eye contact and paying attention in case you’re attacked. They did phenomenal!!! They work their butts off an hour of aggression drills! Bad ass you make me proud you guys all of you! I lost my voice from yelling so much ha ha~Admin. Moni.
