True Strength’s team of coaches and instructors are all experienced sport combat competitors who have competed in national boxing, full-contact kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts events. True Strength Instructors work together to help you reach a new level of self awareness and confidence through detailed training. If you are looking for a good workout, to learn a martial art, or just want something new, our classes burn up to 800-1000 calories. And on top of it all, you and your children will be learning key self defense strategies ranging from anti-bullying and stranger awareness to female self defense and dealing with multiple attacker scenarios.
