One Nation Jiu Jitsu was founded 10 years ago by Professor Clifford Fonseca, a 3rd degree black belt under Master Luiz Palhares an 8th degree Red/White belt. Professor Cliff was born just outside of Detroit, Michigan, but has lived most of his life in the middle Tennessee area. Located right here in Smyrna Tennessee, Professor Cliff Fonseca is one of the first two Americans to go from white belt to black belt under the tutelage of Master Luiz Palhares.
His students will tell you that when you join Jiu Jitsu Nation you instantly gain family, friends, and confidence.
