Has been a passionate martial artist with over 25 years of experience. He has an extensive background in several different forms of Boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He is also an established fitness instructor and has been training others since 2012. He is a certified Personal Trainer (Cooper Institute and the American Council of exercise), Fitness Nutrition Specialist, MMA Conditioning Coach (NASM), UFC Gym Pro Sparring Coach, and a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Ukidokan Kickboxing.
