Who We Are

We provide age and developmentally appropriate group martial arts classes and private lessons for kids and adults beginning at 3 years of age.

All of our kids and adult classes offer authentic, Asian-accredited instruction that is fun and engaging, inspiring and motivating, confidence and character building and great for you and your child’s body!

The class environment is friendly, supportive and welcoming to beginners and advanced practitioners of martial arts, regardless of discipline. We are a “Special Needs Friendly” school!

Cary Nemeroff, Soke, 10th Degree Black Belt, is a teacher of the Okinawan and Japanese martial arts who has merged his interest in education, individuals with disabilities and the Asian combat arts into a full-time career.

He holds a B.A. degree in Philosophy and Hebrew and Judaic Studies from New York University and a M.A. degree in Deaf Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. Over the course of 37 years, he has earned many master-level Asian accredited martial arts ranks and has been teaching the martial arts for over 25 years.
