Schedule
One Friday a month, we host a Parents Night Out from 6-9pm – on these evenings, there is no Adult MMA class. Dates will be posted at least 2 weeks in advance – please check the bulletin board!
Monday-Friday 8:00-10:30am is reserved for Private Lessons. Please call or stop by to inquire about other days and times.
We host children’s birthday parties on Saturday & Sunday – please call us to discuss dates.
