Known as “The Art of Eight Limbs” the art form is a combat sport from the muay martial arts that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. There are no limits. You will be challenged both mentally and physically.
BRUCE PANYAPOL
We were founded by Bruce Panyapol. Raised both in Thailand and in the USA, Bruce began training in the art of Muay Thai at the age of 10, winning 15 of the 19 fights he participated in Thailand. He also received additional combat training as a proud member of the U.S. Army. After exiting the Armed Forces he earned his certification as Personal Trainer and came back to his true love of teaching Muay Thai.
