The vision for the Online Striking Academy came from this exact idea: to provide you with a high-quality training resource with new monthly content and a progressive training regimen aimed at students of all levels. 

From beginner to pro – even coaches are students of the academy.

An On-Demand learning platform created for those who do not have access to top tier trainers, for those who lack structure in the gym, and most importantly, for those who don’t receive the personal, detailed instruction needed to learn and to become confident in themselves and their training.

STRIKING ACADEMY PROGRAMS

There is a tremendous benefit to a ritualized routine with a focus on skill – for those aiming to commit to real structure and routine, we have provided you with a written program that utilizes the lessons within the Academy.

During your onboarding process you will receive:

• A Progressive 4-Week Program. 
• A skill focus for each training day of the week. 
• All skill focused training material sourced back to the video lessons within the Online Striking Academy to learn and practice from (Interactive Links Contained in the PDF). 
• A blueprint for your training regimen, a purposeful schedule, and guidancethroughout. 
• Continued progression – as the library expands and new lessons are added the programs will be updated to fit the content.
