Learn techniques, movements and skills designed to help strengthen your whole body with intense cardio and strength conditioning exercises in a fun, yet highly effective workout class. (16oz Boxing Gloves and Mouth Guard are required) (MMA AREA)
The techniques taught in kickboxing include punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes as well as blocks and sweeps from the standing position and clinch. (Mouth Guard, 16oz Boxing Gloves and Shin Guards are required) (MMA AREA)
Movements are low impact and non-strenuous, but can be challenging for even the very fit. For the young it’s great training for developing focus, patience and balance; for the elderly the benefits are in maintaining joint mobility, muscle strength, balance, bone density and cardiac health.
